There's plenty to keep you in the neighborhood, including 180-acre Meyer Park and its lovely nature trails, dozens of sports fields, duck pond, playgrounds, and picnic areas (just over a mile west). You'll also be a quick drive from Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown (eight miles) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (16 miles). As newer construction, the house has an open airiness about it, beginning with the breezy living space on the main floor. Enjoy a living room with a comfy sectional and a cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining area for at-home meals. The house is particularly well-suited to remote workers, offering complimentary WiFi throughout and desk workspaces in the upstairs den and two of the upstairs bedrooms. In the evenings, choose between one bedroom on the main floor and three upstairs, all with TVs of their own. The three upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets, including a primary suite with a private bathroom. Central air and a washer/dryer are provided as well.
