The oceanfront main bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. There is also a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. This unit has high speed internet/wifi, a washer/ dryer, plus a full kitchen that includes a waffle maker. There are also Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) Building amenities include one parking space, an elevator and 24 hour on-site security. Additional paid parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City there are many restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores close by. Next door is the Ashore resort, with an ocean front restaurant, a walk-up bar, live music, and a pub. This prime, uptown location is the perfect location for your amazing Ocean City experience! **There is a $60 Atlantis non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It is not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive one parking pass, etc. Credit card only, no cash. Any extra vehicles will be $15 a day or $65 a week.** *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25. Also, this is a non-smoking property including e-cigarettes and vapes.
