In Pescara (Abruzzo - Italy), in the heart of the city, 150 metres from the sea, in a small period building of only 2 storeys, there is your elegant, spacious, bright and cosy 100 sq.m. holiday-home, recently renovated and with excellent east/south/west exposure. Situated on the second floor, the gracious entrance leads to the large living room (40 sq.m.) with its elegant open kitchen and comfortable double sofa-bed. The external sound-proofing double-glazed PVC windows allow access to a comfortable balcony with partial sea view.
