Welcome to our Airbnb! 🌟 This modern and stylish apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Krakow, just a 5-minute walk from the Main Square. You'll have the city's top attractions, amazing restaurants, charming cafés, and excellent shopping, along with easy access to public transport. We want you to feel at home, unwind, and fully enjoy your stay. We hope that choosing our apartment will make your time in Krakow even more special and unforgettable. We can't wait to host you! ✨ The space Our apartment on Gertrudy Street is a perfect base for exploring the city. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Main Square, and you can reach Wawel Castle in less than 10 minutes. Right next door, you’ll find Planty Park, an ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, offering both traditional Polish cuisine and international dishes. If you enjoy nightlife, Kazimierz is packed with cozy bars and pubs. The flat consists of: Bedroom with: x Big comfortable bed (160x200 cm) x Smart TV x A wardrobe to store your belongings Hall: x Fully equipped kitchen annex with all necessary things such as cutlery, plates, pans pots, with a four-burner ceramic plate, small fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and kettle. x Dining table with 4 chairs x Big wardrobe to store your belongings Big living room with: x Foldable sofa bed, great for two people x Smart TV x Double bed hidden behind the wooden transparent wall (140x200 cm) x Entrance to the balcony Bathroom with a spacious shower. - We provide you with the shower gel, shampoo, towels and of course bed linen :) - We leave you coffee, tea, salt, pepper. The apartment is equipped like a standard house, so it is great for a shorter and longer stay. If you have any doubts about what you are going to find on the spot, do not hesitate to contact me :) If you need something extra (e.g. more towels) Please let me know as I will try to organize it as soon as possible. Our apartment has a WiFi network (speed test: download: 38.7 Mb/s, upload: 19.4 Mb/s). Guest access You will have full access to the apartment. 🕓 Check-in & Check-out times: Check-in: between 16:00 and 20:00 Check-out: by 12:00 PM If you need to check in or out at a different time, let us know! If possible (no other booking or if guests leave earlier/later), we’ll be happy to accommodate your request. 😊 ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Check-in after 20:00 comes with an extra charge of 100 PLN (or 25 EUR). 🔑 Check-in process: One of us will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and show you around the apartment. We’ll explain how the heating and boiler work, and mention any quirks (like if the water turns on the other way 😉) to ensure a smooth stay. We’re also happy to share tips about Kraków – feel free to ask us anything! 🏡 Check-out: Check-out is usually self-service, and you’ll find all the necessary instructions in the apartment. Other things to note We are at your disposal before your arrival and throughout your stay. 😊 While we don’t have a physical reception on-site, you can always contact us via Airbnb or by phone. If you need a cot, baby bathtub, or other essentials, feel free to ask - we’ll check availability and do our best to provide them. 🧴 In the bathroom, you will find shower toiletries - please kindly do not take them with you. 📄 According to our listing and applicable regulations, all guests are required to provide a valid ID and complete a registration form prior to arrival. Without completing the form (which will be sent via a secure link through the platform), we are unable to officially register your stay or provide the access codes to the apartment. This procedure ensures the safety of our guests and the property. Your personal information is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification. It is never used in a way that compromises your privacy and is accessible only to the secure registration system we use. All check-in instructions and access codes are sent only after the form has been completed. In case the form is not submitted, a personal meeting with one of our staff members will be required at a pre-arranged time to verify your ID. 🛂 On the day of your arrival, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, we will provide detailed self-check-in instructions. Please note: receiving this information requires prior completion of the registration form. ⏰ We kindly ask you to check out on time on the day of departure. A late check-out fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR per each started hour will apply if check-out is delayed. 🧳 As hosts, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the apartment. Please make sure the door is securely locked each time you leave the apartment. In case of lost keys, guests will be charged for the replacement of the entire lock. 🚭 For the comfort of all our guests and in line with safety regulations, smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of 400 PLN will be charged. 🧻 Please note that basic supplies such as toilet paper, laundry capsules, and dishwasher tablets are provided only at the start of your stay. If you need more during your visit, we kindly ask you to purchase them on your own. ❗ In the event that the keys to the apartment are lost by the Guest, the Guest will be charged the full cost of replacing the lock and providing a new set of keys. The total amount will be determined based on the actual cost of locksmith services and lock replacement. 🐕 Pets are accepted, however, an additional fee applies for their stay. Please contact us before arrival to confirm the details. 🚪 Check-in is conducted in person with one of our staff members. Please note that self check-in is not available. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a late check-in fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR applies.
