The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. The home features a backup generator to ensure you will have power in the event of an electrical outage. The gas fireplace is not available for guest use. Max occupancy (6) and max vehicles (2) are strongly enforced. Garage parking only, please do not park on driveway. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
