In addition to a large open space living area with a beautiful kitchen, it has 4 spacious rooms with bathrooms, a children's playroom and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. It was built on a beautiful private family land (5000m2!) within which there is also a romantic olive grove. Our large yard is an ideal place for a picnic, as well as a playroom for your children, with numerous sports facilities, such as two football goals and badminton nets. FREE Starlink WIFI is available throughout the house. In addition to a private heated pool of 40 m2, you can easily enjoy the beautiful Adriatic Sea because the nearest beach is only 7 km away, as well as a restaurant with local delicacies. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large open space living area consisting of a living room with a large sofa and comfortable armchairs, a large TV with satellite programs and NETFLIX service. After relaxing in the living room, you will enjoy a spacious dining room with a large table ideal for 8 people. In the same space there is a beautiful, elegant, modern and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and integrated hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large grill toaster, kettle, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, filter coffee pot, as well as a large refrigerator and freezer. There is also a spacious bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Guest access The villa is located on a large private plot (5000m2) with a large private heated pool in the courtyard, which is intended only for guests of the villa.
