The space This is a unit with 1 private master bedroom with a attach bathroom which can be saperated and 2 bedroom with shared bathroom but privacy is assured. NO FREE residence car park provided, vehicle may park at our visitor guest parking and pay using touch and go/debit card(RM13 late-per night) or open space parking at the right corner Parking allocation and pay to operator(RM10-per entry-overnight) Washing machine to be shared and placed at Foyer entrance right opposite room door. FACILITIES floor are not opened yet as they are still UNDER RENOVATION and not opened for Tenant Enjoy the amazing city view from the top of the word!! Guest access CHECK IN TIME IS 3PM TO 6PM ONLY. STRICTLY NO LATE CHECK IN. CHECK OUT TIME IS 12PM TO 1 PM ONLY. Other things to note Other things to note House Rules ~ 1.[No smoking in the unit] - [penalty RM300] if evidence of smoking found in the unit 2.[No shoes in the unit]- please take off your shoes before entering the unit and place it inside shoe rack provided. 3.[Check out is before 12pm]- if late check out without permission will be charge RM 50 per hour 4.[Quiet hours is after 11PM midnight] 5. [Please turn off the Aircon] if not using to preserve electricity 6. [Let us know immediately if you have caused damages], we will negotiate in favour of you if you are honest and sincere.
