Sitting on one of the largest lakes in Maine and, surrounded by 300 acres of conservation land, our 4BR/3BA home is the perfect place to escape to with family & friends. Graham Lake, downtown Ellsworth, nearby Acadia National Park & Bar Harbor have so much to offer. Swim or fish in the lake - take the family for a hike under the pines - shop and dine at local shops and restaurants - see the sunrise above Cadillac Mountain and so much more. Maine: The Way Life Should Be The space This newly built 4 bedroom 3 bath home offers a great space to relax in a secluded natural setting, while being only minutes from all the modern conveniences in town. Liability: -Use of kayaks require personal flotation devices worn at all times (lifejackets) -Guests assume full responsibility and liability for the use of kayaks, lake and surrounding property and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host in the event of an accident. *Outdoor cameras are on site in case of a weather or power emergencies. These are not actively monitored during any guest's stay and they cannot see inside the home :) They are to give us peace of mind as owners, when no one is there and if something were to go wrong. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and 300' of private lakefront Other things to note We have 2 adult and 1 youth kayak available for guests to use. Feel free to bring your own boats and fishing poles as well to enjoy on the lake. Guest's incur full liability when on property.
