Prior to that, convenient street parking is available directly in front of the house. We need access to driveway to clean the snow or do landscaping till 7pm. Please note: Large moving vans and commercial vehicles are not allowed on the property. Laundry 👔 A washer and dryer are located in the basement for easy, hassle-free laundry during your stay (for 3+ days stays). Fence Gate Guest are not allowed to use the fenced gate, all entrance and exits for guest is done through the front door. Garage Guests have no access to the garage, we keep our tools and backup inventory there. Other things to note 🛏️ Total Beds: 5 Bedroom 1: Double Bed Bedroom 2: Double Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + Futon (full bed/couch) 🚫 Policy: • Local bookings are not accepted due to party risk. • Laundry access is available for guests staying 3+ days. • Exceeding the allowed guest count will result in a $3,500 party fee. • Do not open the fence gate or garage door without prior permission. • If the number of registered guests is exceeded, - without prior authorization, a fee of $50 will be charged for each additional unauthorized guest. (This helps us deter gatherings and events). • Additional a $3,500 party fee will be charged to the credit card on file if it was proven that a party has taken place.
