This lovely new construction home will have 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 2 living rooms and a pool on the main floor deck overlooking the ocean view. 713 Winter Trout will comfortably accommodate up to 23 people. 713 Winter Trout is dog friendly with a fee. On the main floor, 713 Winter Trout has a large open kitchen & great room overlooking the ocean. There is a gas stove and new appliances, allowing you to stay in and cook your favorite meals. The primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom are located on the main floor, with their own en suite bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a tub and separate shower, while the guest bedroom has a tub shower combo. Powder room located near the great room for easy access. More details on bed sizes will be updated when available. Upstairs are 2 bunk rooms, 3 bedrooms and an office with a twin futon. The bunk rooms have a hallway accessible bath with a tub shower combo. 2 bedrooms share a jack and jill bath with a tub shower combo, and bedroom 3 has its own en suite bath. The last bathroom is accessed from the upstairs living room and has a tub shower combo. More details on bed sizes will be updated when available. The property has beautiful bamboo flooring throughout and a 3-car garage with room to park 3-4 more in the driveway. Electric car charger included in the garage. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island. A four-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty. Guest Cards Included: Also included in your rental are up to 23 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.
