An external corridor leads to the stairs that take you to the first floor, where the apartment that accommodates up to 4 people is located. A large terrace with a wooden canopy and large windows houses the Mamj Suite, furnished with a sofa, open kitchen, dining room, and TV. From the living room you can move on to the room with 1 single bed. From here you can access both the triple room, furnished with a double bed + single sofa bed, and the full bathroom. The apartment is completed by a small balcony with a sea view. The surroundings of Suite Mamj in Torre Lapillo The Suite Mamj holiday home is located in Torre Lapillo, a hamlet of Porto Cesareo famous for its crystal clear sea and soft golden sand beaches. The nearest beach is also visible from the house, with all the most famous beaches in the area, just 300 meters away. In Torre Lapillo there are all the main services: market, newsstand, fishmongers, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, church, medical guard, etc. - After booking, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8:30 am to 10am). An extra payment of €50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m.). - Upon your arrival, you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is €20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets €50 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose of the waste. If not, a penalty fee of 80 euros will be withheld for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euros for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the final cleaning price). If not, a penalty fee of 40 euros will be withheld. - Air conditioning in the kitchen and in the double bedroom. - Please note that upon arrival you are required to pay the deposit of 100 euros by credit card, cash, or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless damage is confirmed.
