Welcome to our charming old Burgundy farmhouse, nestled in a peaceful village of Saône-et-Loire, between the Côte Chalonnaise, the Charolais and the Mâconnais. This house full of character has been carefully renovated over the years, offering today a warm and comfortable setting for a memorable vacation with family or friends, in the heart of a beautiful region. The space The property covers an area of 290 m², with a capacity of 12 people (including a maximum of 8 adults) spread over 7 bedrooms. There are also two living rooms, a dining room semi-open to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a beautiful partially covered terrace with stunning views of the surrounding valley. The large 3000 m² garden houses a private 10 x 4 meter swimming pool, semi-underground and treated with salt, as well as a barn equipped with a ping pong table and outdoor games. An old sheepfold invites you to friendly evenings around the barbecue, plancha and fryer, while a relaxation area upstairs will allow you to enjoy the sweet summer evenings. Ideally located just 20 minutes from Chalon-sur-Saône and Tournus, and 30 minutes from Cluny, our house offers easy access to many renowned tourist sites. You can discover the village and the Château de Brancion, the green route, the village of Chapaize, the Château de Cormatin, as well as the famous vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais.
