After confirming your booking, you will instantly receive a message containing two important links: 1. A Pre-Arrival Form — to submit guest and vehicle information 2. A Rental Agreement — required to finalize your reservation Our trusted third-party partner Truvi will then contact you by email and text to complete your ID verification and guest screening. 📩 Your personal digital access code will be issued one day before check-in, once all steps are completed. Other things to note 📌 Important Information for Guests📌 In order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please be advised that it is a requirement by the property owners/management and our company policy (SoLiving) for guests to review the links provided in the first message upon booking. To avoid any risk of towing by the community, all vehicles must be registered in advance through our required Pre-Arrival Form.
