The space 55 sqm two-room apartment, on the first floor (no elevator) completely renovated in a modern and elegant style, with a large covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, sunshade, with partial lake view. Large and bright living area with large door overlooking the private terrace, fully equipped kitchenette, with induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric/microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with filter. We provide towels, pot holders, drying rack, clothespins, broom, vacuum cleaner, neutral soap, bath foam and shampoo, hairdryer, bags for separate collection, a little dishwashing detergent, a few tablets for the dishwasher, and a small supply of toilet paper. Pets up to 10 kg are also welcome on the beach. Guest access The SPORTSMAN Residence has a fenced condominium courtyard, outdoor condominium grill, indoor parking with unassigned spaces. Private sandy and pebble beach in front of the residence, not equipped, with private jetty. One of the few residences to have a private beach under concession. The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) Other things to note A PRIVATE BEACH is a must that few have in our area, enjoy beautiful sunsets from your terrace, or by the lake, or even take a nice walk along the pedestrian path which is accessed directly from the Residence! Upon arrival, you will find some coffee, sugar, salt, a small supply of toilet paper, bags for separate collection, mandatory in Bardolino, some tablets for the dishwasher, cleaning products including sponges, potholders and towels. Tourist tax of €2.50 per night per person from the age of 15 to be paid on site in cash. Blankets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels can be rented at a cost of €12.00 per person per week or per change. Book before you go Dogs up to 10 kg are also welcome on the beach.
