Other things to note We want your stay at Gameroom Oasis™ to be smooth and surprise-free! Here are a couple of helpful notes so you know what to expect: • The base rate includes up to 7 guests using permanent beds. Additional guests (up to 12 total) are welcome using sofa beds and trundle beds. A $5 per person, per night fee applies after 7 guests to account for extra laundry, utilities, and turnover. • Neighborhood curbside pickup: Bulky trash day happens at the beginning of each month. Leading up to that, you may notice items at the curb — it’s just part of the local routine. • Tub faucet quirk: In the family bath, hot and cold are reversed (works fine once you know the trick!). ✨ We share these small details so you can plan with ease and focus on enjoying your stay.
