The space About the Home • Open-concept main floor with dining area for 6, double-sided gas fireplace, and living room with TV for streaming. • Well-equipped kitchen with island seating for 6, drip-style coffee pot, and lounging area with TV for streaming. • Convenient, main floor powder room and laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. • Upstairs, enjoy a comfortable seating area overlooking the main floor and beautiful tree-top views. • The thoughtfully appointed, covered back deck offers a variety of seating with steps down to a backyard swing. • A Tesla charger is available along the side of the house for guest use. Please note: the driveway is shared so parking is available in front of the house and behind the house on the designated parking pads. Parking on the right side of the driveway next to the house should be for using the electric car charger or for a brief period to unload. Please let us know if a 3rd car would need to park in the driveway during your stay. Where to Unwind • The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. • The upper level offers two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and connected by a spacious jack-and-style bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower. • A separate suite, accessed from the covered back deck, offers a king-size bed, kitchenette (sink, mini-fridge, and microwave), and bathroom with bathtub and shower combination. There is an extendable leaf for the dining table (stored in the King bedroom closet) to accommodate 8-10 people. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry.
