This beautiful home has a unique floor plan including a queen en-suite bedroom that can accommodate the in-laws, teenagers or friends located on the other side of the pool separate to the rest of the house. It comes with a cabana ensuite bath which can be also be accessed from poolside. The master king opens directly onto the pool and comes with double sink in the ensuite bathroom for added luxury. It also has an in room safe. The twin has two single beds together with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms come with 32 inch tv and comfortable pillow top mattresses. There is ample space in the airy living room which comes with a cathedral ceiling overlooking the pool. A 55-inch tv, dvd player, iPhone docking station, corner sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs are provided. The dining room can accommodate 6 whilst the breakfast bar seats four. There is an additional sitting area overlooking the pool with love seat for those who may wish to relax, read or keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The open plan kitchen comes with granite counter tops and is very well equipped with a selection of essential small electrical appliances, china, silverware, glassware & plasticware for the pool area. There is also a bar, sun loungers and dining table and chairs outside on the pool deck. Guest access Private and exclusive access to the entire house, garage, pool and hot tub. Guests will be provided a gate code and a code for the home. Other things to note Price: Inclusive of free pool heat (set at approx. 84 degrees as recommended by the United States Water Fitness Association) and hot tub (heats up to 100/101 degrees after approx. 20 mins when jets are running).
