Between May and September, enjoy a hammock for moments of total relaxation. The shaded terrace is ideal for sharing meals with family or friends, in a peaceful setting. Convivial and Rejuvenating Moments: The large living and dining room offers you a warm space for convivial family moments. A small lounge, equipped with a board game library for all ages, awaits your calm afternoons and restful evenings. During the cool season, two stoves come to warm up your evenings. A Paradise for Children: The top floor is dedicated to the youngest, with a selection of toys to stimulate their imagination. For toddlers, a travel cot and a high chair are available, making it easier for families with young children to stay. Swimming Pool: Our heated private swimming pool, open from mid-June to September, is equipped with an electric roller shutter to ensure maximum safety for young children. You can thus relax with complete peace of mind while they play around the water. Note: the pool is accessible from mid-May until mid-June, subject to clement weather, unheated and protected under its dome, to enjoy the beautiful days before the season. Nature and Activities Just Steps Away: Located in the heart of the Brenne nature park, our house is the ideal starting point for discovering the natural riches of the region. Hiking, fishing, and bird watching are just a glimpse of the activities at your disposal. Nature becomes your peaceful adventure playground. Modern Comfort: Our house is equipped with Wi-Fi in all rooms and outdoor areas, allowing everyone to stay connected. You will also find a summer kitchen, an outdoor shower to cool off after swimming, and a laundry room at your disposal. A Stay Far from Stress, Close to Everything: 55 minutes from Beauval Zoo and 1h15 from Futuroscope, enjoy days of exploration before returning to recharge in this haven of peace. Practical Information: Arrival from 5 pm, departure at 10 am. Non-smoking inside, no animals allowed. To preserve the tranquillity of the place and the surrounding nature, we ask our guests to respect the calm of the surroundings. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. On the first floor: bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm), bathroom with shower, washbasins and toilet. On the second floor: dormitory with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), television, table football and bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Accessible via an external staircase: room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be brought together to form a double bed using a mattress topper, separate toilet and washroom. Note: A deposit of €1,000 will be requested by bank imprint via the Tyllt application one month before arrival. A holiday insurance certificate will also be required.
