Welcome to our Modern -Stlye Retreat. Come and enjoy this comfortable place with a peaceful calm environment. 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, perfect for groups/families. This lovely spacious home accommodates up to 9 guests. Disney World less than 20 minutes away! Plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas. In addition, no pets allowed. The space Two story home with 4 bedroom/3 bath. Private Heated Outdoor Pool ( heating is $50/night)! 24 hour notice required for this request. First floor has one queen size bedroom with 50 inch smart TV. Beautiful full size bath with stand up shower. Dining room and kitchen area has pool view. Modern style living room with 86 inch smart TV and surround system. Wifi available throughout the entire house. Game Room has lots of entertainment to select from. Pool table, game systems, board games and more! Here at MVS, you have tons of entertainment throughout your stay. Second Floor: One California king size master suite bedroom with 75 inch TV, sitting area, and beautiful full bathroom with shower and jet tub. One Queen size bedroom with 50 inch TV and beautiful decor. Two twin size bedroom with Disney characters, and 50 inch TV. In addition, upstairs has open entertainment area with a pull out sofa bed, and 50 inch TV. Outdoor has beautiful lanai screen pool area with a large size yard. No exterior neighbors! BBQ grill present. If need to be used please inform us within 24 hours. Propane will be subjected to charge. There are seating area to relax and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. We welcome you to come and stay at this Magical Vacation home! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home. Parking on premises permitted. Driveway takes two cars. In addition, street parking is free. Prior to arrival, you will be sent an email with a useful guide and information for your stay. Guest will be provided with a door code within 24 hours of arrival. This code will be use to enter the home for the remainder of their stay. We are available 24/7 via chat. We respond back quickly! Don’t hesitate to reach out. Other things to note During the months of January-March the pool is much cooler/colder than the summer time. However, we do offer pool heating at additional cost of $50/night.
