Live the dream.* ***************************** Once you enter the house on your own through self check-in, using the appropriate link we will provide, you will find yourself in front of the following arrangement of the rooms: ENTRY • Private entrance from the garden through the practical wooden staircase that leads to the first floor of the villa. Crossing the back terrace of the house that leads to the front terrace with breathtaking sea views, you will find the main entrance, through which you access the house. From here, when you enter the house, you will find yourself in the living room with an open space kitchenette; LIVING AREA • The living room with kitchenette that makes up a unique environment, are described below: - Practical fully equipped and modern kitchen consisting of: dining table with 6 seats, 4-burner induction top equipped with exhaust hood, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle with tea and complimentary herbal teas, blender, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary waffles, moka with complimentary powdered coffee, dishes, glasses and glasses, dishes and cooking utensils. - Living area consisting of: two comfortable sofas, a side table adorned with a furniture lamp, a bookshelf with reading material, 42 "smart-TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, over various amenities. - From the living room with kitchenette you can directly access the terrace with direct views of the sea, furnished with a dining area and living room, outside for a drink with friends, reading a book comfortably or for moments of meditation, observing breathtaking natural landscapes. • SLEEPINGAREA ROOM 1) • Sea view Furnished with a double bed, a closet to store your clothes, two nightstands with abat-jour and various amenities.
