The Guest further agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damage, loss, excessive cleaning, fines, or violations of property rules, HOA regulations, or applicable laws caused by the Guest, members of their party, or visitors during the reservation period. The Guest's submission of payment constitutes electronic acceptance of the Rental Agreement and creates a legally binding contract between the Guest and LLC.
