There is a stairway into the water right outside of the home for swimming, lighting at mid-dock and end of the dock, green fishing lights on the dock for night fishing, Pole holders, benches to sit on, and a freshwater shower at the end of the dock with hot and cold water. * All guests are required to sign the owner's rental agreement to gain access to this home. * There are cameras located on the outside of the home * Water shoes are recommended for Barnacles in the bay ** Trey says "This place is amazing!
