The sleeper sofa in the living room will comfortably sleep one. One full bathroom with shower and tub. Three smart TVs with cable wall mounted in the unit. One in each bedroom and another in the living room. Bring your codes to use your streaming services. Kids love playing the 12-game arcade in the second bedroom. Perfect for a family, two couples, or a romantic couple getaway. We provide a beach wagon and beach umbrella and chairs to easily transport everything needed down the street to the beach. Full kitchen equipped with a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a blender, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher and anything else you would need for your stay. We provide dishwasher and laundry detergent along with a few Keurig pods, toilet paper, paper towels, bath and beach towels and bar soap. Two parking spots available but here cars are optional. Within walking distance there are plenty of restaurants shops bars night clubs a grocery store and anything else needed. Plus, the free trolley will take you up and down the key. The beach is down the street only a short 7-minute walk away. Or you also have the heated pool just a few feet away with first come first serve loungers if that’s your preference. If you do have a car a short drive will take you to downtown Sarasota, St Armand’s Circle, the Ringling Museum or many more beautiful local destinations. The Bradenton Sarasota airport is only a short drive away as well. Guest access You get two parking spots behind the building. They are not assigned, and no parking pass is needed. The back door has a lockbox with keys inside. There is also public parking that we prefer in front of the building you can use. The front door has an electronic keyless entry to let yourself in.
