The space Discover the charm of Casa Austin, strategically situated within a short walk or drive from Kaş city center. For a convenient return without hill hiking, we recommend the frequent city shuttles (dolmuş). Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, the house offers breathtaking views of Kaş, Limanağzı, and the Greek Island Meis. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, and a public park. This duplex features two stories; the first floor hosts the master bedroom, a second bedroom, two bathrooms, and a balcony. Access the flat through the right-side door, where you'll find keys secured in a safebox with a provided code. Upon entry, ascend the stairs on the left to reach the upper floor or explore the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. The upper level includes the third bedroom, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a third bathroom, and a terrace. Enjoy uninterrupted WiFi throughout the house, and both downstairs bedrooms offer designated home office spaces. Each of the three bedrooms boasts captivating views, with two on the entrance level and one on the upper floor. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a makeup or work area, a wardrobe, a private balcony with sunbathing chairs, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom on the entrance level offers two single beds, a desk, wardrobes, and the option to add an additional folding bed. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and overlooks the terrace. On the upper floor, our inviting living room, adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen, opens onto a spacious terrace. The living room includes a cozy sofa group, a versatile large couch/bed, a dining table, TV with Netflix, a selection of books in different languages and styles, and a stylish bamboo peacock chair within a Western-themed corner. The terrace, complete with a comfortable outdoor dining area and two sunbathing chairs, is a haven for sun enthusiasts and those who appreciate mesmerizing sunsets and starry nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 4-eye stove, tea maker, and kettle. Casa Austin boasts three bathrooms for added convenience and privacy in each room. Essential amenities, such as an iron, hairdryer, drying rack, washing and drying machine, and air conditioners in all three bedrooms and the living room, are provided.
