Additionally, Limburg impresses with its well-preserved medieval old town, which has been restored through an elaborate renovation. The Goldener Löwe (golden lion) is part of this unique historic townscape. The historic building was extensively and completely renovated in 2022, while preserving its historic character. In recognition of the successful renovation, the building was awarded the Hessian Monument Preservation Award in 2023. Today, it combines historic charm with modern comfort right in the heart of Limburg’s old town. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their booked apartment throughout their stay. The apartment is accessed via the shared entrance and staircase. The historic building houses a total of three separate apartments. There are no shared spaces within the apartments.
