The main bedroom easily sleeps 2 people on the queen sized-bed and has an ensuite. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a desk with a chair, perfect for working from home or completing homework. The third bedroom has two Twin beds where siblings can keep one another company and friends can share stories about the day together. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. * Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet. * Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads * Dental Floss * Q-tips/Cotton Balls * Diapers * Pills * Paper Towels/Tissues 3) We have plenty of homes where we welcome pets! While this is not one of them, please reach out to our team so we we can provide you with our pet friendly homes. 4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. 5) Please inquire about advanced parking reservations. 6) Please remember that you're staying in a private residence, not a hotel. Please treat our home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. 7) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice. 8) There is a Charcoal Brick Oven guests are welcome to use. Guests must supply their own charcoal and fire supplies.
