U Labe cottage is the perfect starting point for your adventure. It is located directly on the Elbe Cycling Trail and hiking trail overlooking the Elbe River. The view of the diverse garden with a majestic oak and sandstone rock gives it a unique atmosphere. We can offer you a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasantly furnished common area with a fireplace, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet and a separate bedroom. You can sit in the garden with a fireplace and get an ideal place to relax. The space All interior spaces of the House are non-smoking. The total capacity is 4 people + 1 child up to 36 months (a baby travel cot with a quality mattress, including a duvet, pillow and bed linen is available on request). The separate bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and space for a travel cot. In the living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, there is a sofa bed for two people, a quality foam mattress if needed, a fireplace stove, a dresser, a smart TV, air conditioning, a dining table with chairs, a comfortable chair for morning coffee and a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary appliances. The bathroom is equipped with a hot water boiler, a small bathtub, a shower, a sink with a cabinet, a hairdryer, a washing machine with washing capsules and a portable clothes dryer with pegs. The cottage is covered by WiFi signal. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with an oven with induction hob, kettle, microwave, fridge and small freezer, dishwasher with capsules and food cabinet to store your own supplies. It is possible to take a small dog up to 10 kg to the cottage, it must be well-behaved, it must not sleep in the bed and the owners are liable for any damage caused by the dog in full. There is no fence around the house. Heating: There are radiators in the cottage, a heating ladder in the bathroom and a hot air fan for quick heating. Common areas - living room, dining area and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning with the possibility of heating. In the living area there is a fireplace stove with prepared wood for heating or to create a pleasant atmosphere. Parking: Free parking for two vehicles is right on the property. If you come by bike on the Elbe Cycling Trail and then continue vertically, we have a lockable space for your bikes and basic cycling tools to use. Meals: The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with everything you need for your own meals. There is also a popular restaurant just 180m from the cottage. Other restaurants and cafes are in Kuks, just 1.7 km from us along the bike path along the Elbe or 2 minutes by car on the road.
