Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and patio area, just not the locked cabinets in the garage. Other things to note Please note that the only way into the unit involves stairs - either from the garage or from the outside entrance. No pets allowed We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online. Imperial Beach waters may not always permit water activities. Be sure to carefully read all posted signs to determine whether it is safe to enter the water. Your safety is our priority.
