We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing. Terms of Service: To abide by all legal requirements and house rules, please be advised that guests may be required to complete and sign a digital rental usage agreement prior to check-in. As part of the verification process, guests may also be required to provide a valid government-issued ID and a photo of the payment card used for the reservation, with sensitive information permitted to be covered except for the last four digits and cardholder name. For third-party bookings, the booker is required to provide the full names of all guests staying at the property along with at least one direct contact number for an occupant staying onsite. Please note that a Security Deposit may also be required to secure the booking.
