But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $50 per pet and a deposit. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. - Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11 PM. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. A wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times when using community amenities. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - Must be 28 years of age or older to rent. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. Parking Details: - Please make sure you park in the designated property parking locations only. - All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking inside the home; smoking is allowed outside. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. - IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking - We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
