Wristbands must be worn at all times. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. - This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community. While it is not gated, registration is required before check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed. - Please note: There is no air conditioning in the home. Ceiling fans are provided in all bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. Parking Details: Parking can accommodate up to 8 vehicles.
