Other things to note We provide beach towels, 4 beach chairs and a small cooler for the beach Puerto Rico sometimes experiences power outages, we apologize in advance if this happens, since this is a condominium the HOA does allow generators. Also this is a tropical islands and bugs are plentiful, we do have a pest control service to avoid pesty pests. Please note Palmetto bugs are native to the island. 🌴 Other Things to Note Humidity & Condensation: Because of the tropical climate—especially during the hotter months—the condo may feel a bit humid when you first arrive. The building is made of solid concrete, so light condensation can occasionally form on the walls and create small areas of moisture. This is completely normal for the area. Once the AC has been running for a short time, the space cools, dries out, and the moisture disappears. Turning on the AC helps balance the temperature and quickly removes humidity from the air.
