This charming beach home is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a Topsail Island vacation. 𓆉 One block to Surf City park for children of all ages to play 𓆉 Two blocks to small convenience store that offers an assortment of everyday essentials as well as a full selection of snacks, drinks 𓆉 Three blocks to Beach Access You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home just minutes from the heart of Surf City, there are many restaurants, shops, a grocery store and parks nearby. Begin your day by enjoying a cup of coffee on the front deck while looking at the ocean and listening to the waves. Spend the day basking in the sun, catching some waves or browsing the shore for pre-historic shark's teeth. After a day in the sand and sun, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, then enjoy dinner at the table on the back deck while watching the sunset over the sound. Upon entry to the home, you will find an open living space, kitchen and dining area. Open living spaces makes spending family time together that much easier! The dining table offers seating for six and is perfect for enjoying meals together. Two additional seats can be found at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals including pots, pans, flatware, dishes, microwave, oven/stove, coffee pot and more! The primary bedroom offers a comfortable King-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the back deck. You will find 2 additional bedrooms; both include a Queen-size bed. One of the additional bedrooms also offers direct access to the back deck. The additional bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. Located downstairs is a game-room with a pool table, game table, and a large selection of games for all ages. This home is pup-friendly so feel free to bring your four-legged family members, please just keep dirty paws on the floor and off the furniture! We allow a max of 2 dogs. If bringing more than one dog, the additional pet fee will be collected after the booking as the platform only allows for one. We are so sorry, but currently no cats are allowed. Pack light for your stay! There is a washer and a dryer and ALL bed linens and towels for home use are provided! We also provide a starter kit of essentials to get your stay started. Included in the starter kit will be an extra roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs & dryer sheets, 2 extra trash bags, coffee, creamer, & sweetener. Guest access Guests have the entire house for their personal use. Including the washer, dryer, & fully stocked kitchen. Other things to note Must be at least 25 years old.
