Inside, the well-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare anything from quick beach snacks to full-course dinners. Dine together at the adjacent table or bust out the board games on rainy days. After exciting days out, relax on the large sectional in the living area and watch TV into the evening or take advantage of the complimentary high-speed internet access to stream media or share updates with friends back home. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
