Wycham Place is a three level townhome located in a gated community located between Boone and Blowing Rock. Eight guests are accommodated in 3 suites. There are 2 living areas, one including a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Guests have access to the club amenities including indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and heated pool. Boone is 15 minutes away and has shopping and dining options.
