Wycham Place is a three level townhome located in a gated community located between Boone and Blowing Rock. Eight guests are accommodated in 3 suites. There are 2 living areas, one including a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Guests have access to the club amenities including indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and heated pool. Boone is 15 minutes away and has shopping and dining options. Blowing Rock is less than 30 minutes. The space Wycham Place is a beautiful three-level townhome featuring two living spaces for guests to gather or spread out to enjoy activities. The main floor living room has wood floors and high vaulted ceilings. The comfortable furniture is situated around the grand stacked stone, wood-burning fireplace. After a day of hiking or skiing, relax by a cozy fire while enjoying a favorite show on the big screen Roku TV. The spacious kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. The dining room is adjacent to the dining room and leads to the back deck with outdoor dining and a gas grill. Downstairs, a second den houses a large sectional with a queen sleeper sofa. Gather around the card table for family game night, or watch the big game on the TV. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lower deck while enjoying the fresh mountain air. This three-level townhome has three bedrooms, with sleeping for eight guests. The top floor suite provides guests with a king bed, TV, and private ensuite. There is a queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate the children in your group. A queen suite is located on the main floor with a TV and private ensuite. A third spacious bedroom, located on the lower level, features a king bed, TV, and large Jack-N-Jill bathroom with a soaking tub and step-in shower. Guests have access to the amenities available at the Yonahlossee Racquet Club. The amenities include the indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and heated pool. Courts are available to reserve for a small fee. *Yonahlossee charges a daily fee for the use of amenities* Guest access You will have private access to the entire home. You will be provided with a unique guest access code that will be good for the course of your stay. Codes are unique to each guest and will activate at check-in time on your day of arrival. Other things to note Must be at least 25 years of age to book. Wycham Place provides Wifi, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer, and a main floor powder room. There is a twin rollaway cot that can be used for a child. Pets are not allowed at this home. There is a carport located next to the home the can accommodate one vehicle. Additional parking for a second vehicle is directly in front of the main entrance. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter travelers.
