The space The estate, which is spread over more than 1 hectare of land and is full of landscaped and evergreen trees, is an excellent place for families or couples who want to relax and unwind. The garden is located on several levels, which can be comfortably walked in. Olive trees, palm trees, pines, flowers, ornamental trees and fruit trees can all be found. The house is located on three levels, of which the two guest rooms are located on the upper level. Both rooms have their own entrance bathroom and their own wardrobe for comfortable and comfortable relaxation. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large television, which is a central part of the common evenings. Also on this level is a pleasant garden sitting in the shade of the pines. On the lower level, the pool level, there is a spacious and sunny dining room with direct garden access to the pool, as well as a spacious kitchen and additional bathrooms and toilets. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and other kitchen utensils. The unforgettable relaxation of our guests on warm summer days is ensured by the elegant pool with an area of nearly 50 square meters and its surroundings. There are two places around the house to eat outdoors in the shade of the trees. We would like to inform our prospective guests that the property is not suitable for noise, partying or other noisy activities and this is expressly prohibited by our house rules. This part of the villa area in Son Font is built for rest, relaxation and tranquility. We are unable to accept pets regardless of their breed and size. Guest access Our guests are entitled to the private and exclusive use of the entire property, including the facilities, as it is a villa on a completely independent estate with no other residents. Access is prohibited only to the premises necessary for the maintenance and operation of the property, which has been closed.
