Unit 2 includes a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, workstation with ergonomic chair, balcony, and private washer/dryer inside unit. Shared amenities include rooftop terrace, air conditioned gym, and parking. Terrace has panoramic ocean and city views, large jacuzzi, and outdoor BBQ kitchen. Vidalia only has 4 units so access to amenities is never an issue. The building has security doors, security cameras, and the entrance to each unit has a coded digital lock. Each unit has an Osmosis water filtration system so there’s no need to purchase bottled water or ice. Take a short 3-minute walk to Puerto Vallarta’s famous Playa De Los Muertos beach to sunbathe or begin a stroll along the Malecón and boardwalk, and then arrive at one of Zona Romantica’s abundant restaurants and clubs to enjoy the lively nightlife. The unit has a king size bed and a 65” Smart TV. There is a desk, ergonomic Aeron chair, and free WIFI and ethernet internet connections for the working vacationer. The new Whirlpool stainless appliances include a 33” refrigerator with ice maker for food and drink storage, a large microwave, six burner stove top, an oven, and a dishwasher to assist with food preparation and clean-up. A coffee maker is provided along with a full range of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The unit has a clothes washer and dryer inside so no need to over-pack or search for a laundromat. The bathroom has a double-sink vanity and a large shower for two with a rainfall shower head. There is plenty of closet space for your clothes, along with an in-unit safe, which allows you to select your own code, for securing valuables. The unit has triple sliding glass doors opening to an exclusive full length balcony with chairs and a table for the nighttime relaxation of every aficionado. You can start your day using the air-conditioned bottom floor gym with equipment for every body part, a Smart TV, and a free WIFI internet connection.
