During the winter season, you'll adore the area's peaks for excellent shredding opportunities, whereas the sunny season brings scenic hiking, swimming, biking, and sightseeing. Back at your stay, warm your toes in front of the wood-burning fireplace. You'll love the cozy ambiance throughout the condo featuring vaulted ceilings, ample natural lighting, and wilderness-themed mementos. The bedrooms have wonderful amenities such as personal smart TVs, soft linens, and mini-split air-conditioning units. The condo doesn't come equipped with a full kitchen, but there is a mini fridge and microwave available for easy food storage and prep. Lodge Condo #31 can be added for more space, kitchen, and laundry. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs are allowed in Black Butte Ranch. No parking of RVs, motorhomes, or trailers of any kind is allowed. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
