If you anticipate arriving later than 7:00 PM, please contact us in advance so we can make the proper arrangements to ensure seamless property access. PRIVATE ACCESS: Guests have full access to the entire apartment suite — make yourself completely at home. PRIME LOCATION: The corporate suite is surrounded by excellent restaurants, shopping, lounges, salons, grocery stores, and the Lindbergh Marta Station located a few blocks away. KEYLESS ACCESS: Remote access smart lock with keypad or smartphone app property entry. Guest will be provided with a key fob and garage security gate access tag to freely access the highly secured building, garage, elevator, and community amenities.Instructions will be provided before arrival. AMENITIES & ROOFTOP: Enjoy the swimming pool, dining, fitness center, and rooftop entertainment areas, along with a private balcony — perfect for socializing or relaxing Other things to note RENTAL AGREEMENT & PHOTO ID *A signed Rental Agreement & a valid Photo ID are required before check-in. SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD •Guests will place a $350 security deposit HOLD on their credit card for reservations upto 60 days to covering potential incidentals. *The Deposit HOLD is released after check-out, pending cleaning and a property inspection. •Cash platform options are available for those who prefer not to use a credit card. •Deposits range from $350 to $2500 depending on the length of stay. •The Security Deposit HOLD is processed separately and is not included in the final reservation total, as it is not an actual charge to your credit card. CLEANING FEE •A $160.00 Cleaning Fee is required. PAID PARKING & VEHICLE REGISTRATION *Vehicle registration is required. CANCELLATION POLICY: **$250 Cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations within 14 days. The Cancellation Policy applies to all information within this listing.** LUGGAGE HOLDS • We are unable to hold luggage before check-in or after check-out, so please plan accordingly. LUXE ONE AUTO RENTALS •As a bonus, our luxury rental vehicles may be available for rental during your stay. NOTE: The swimming pool is a seasonal amenity, typically opens around the Memorial Day week and closing after Labor Day. The pool and other community amenities may close on occasion without notice. DISCLAIMER Please note that our property is a high volume short-term rental with some minor wear and tear, such as scuffs, scratches, or minor damage to walls, furniture, appliances, decor, etc. Furniture and décor may also change, and certain amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to potential damage during previous stays. These are common in high-traffic rentals. While we strive to address any issues as quickly as possible and ensure all amenities are accounted for, please rest assured that these should not affect the overall quality of your stay. We document all damages as discovered and as notified, but if you notice something we've missed or maintenance service is needed, please inform us on the day of your arrival or as soon as discovered. We do not cancel reservations due to minor damages, missing or lack of amenities. We do not repaint walls or replace items due to cosmetic imperfections, outdated or not as modern as some guests prefer. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept that minor issues, such as wear and tear, are a normal part of the short-term rental experience and will not be grounds for a negative review.
