Info is listed on welcome sign inside unit. 1- Optimal Occupancy: While our studio can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably, it is optimized for the best experience with 2 occupants. 2- Access: Access to the unit requires climbing stairs. 3- Shared Space: Please note that there is another rental unit on the middle floor, which has its own entrance and is occupied by a separate group. We kindly request that you remain mindful of noise levels to ensure a comfortable environment for all occupants 4- Parking: Ample street parking is available for your convenience. 5- Den Ceiling Height: The den features a notably low ceiling, making it more conducive for individuals under 5’7” in height. Important Information regarding your rental unit: 1- Access: Please be aware that access to the unit requires climbing stairs. 2- Shared Space: Kindly note that there is rental studio on the upper floor, which has its own entrance and is occupied by a separate group. You may experience some noise from upstairs. Thank you for your understanding. 3- Parking: Ample street parking is available for your convenience. 4- Occupancy: While our property can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, please be advised that it is optimized for the best experience with 3 occupants due to the presence of only 1 bathroom. 5- Construction: The bottom unit (garage side) and lower outer area are off limits due to possible minor walkway and landscaping updates. For your safety and protection please refrain from walking in those areas. ****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. 1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay. 2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. 3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. 4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. * Violations of these above rules may incur a charge of $200, and guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund. 5- We warmly welcome 1 pet per stay, accompanied by a $150/per pet fee. 6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building 7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement. 8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost. Shipping + handling fee must be prepaid before shipment. 9- Check out procedure: - Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labelling. - Run the dishwasher if needed. - Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin. - Place all used towels in the washer and start a load. - Close all windows and lock all exterior doors. 10- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you. 11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.
