Heliopetra Villa was designed to provide a serene and exceptionally private experience in the magical location of South Lefkada, offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and surrounded by untouched nature! The Villa consists of two houses with independent entrances, one luxurious infinity pool with jacuzzi and a vast outdoor area with a shaded patio, a traditional wood oven and a BBQ. It can host 2-9 people. Immerse yourself in the endless blue, meditate and relax under the Greek sun! The space Heliopetra Luxury Villa Lefkas consists of two houses: the Upper house on the upper level and the Lower house on the lower level. The Lower House is situated directly beneath the Upper House. Each house has its own separate entrance and they are connected via an external stairway. In order to secure a private and exclusive experience, we rent both houses to the same group of visitors! The Upper house of the villa consists of two floors. It is the bigger house of the two, can host up to 5 people and includes the following: • One bedroom on the first floor with one double bed. • One bedroom with one king-size bed and one baby crib on the second floor. • One living room with a HD smart TV and one dining table. A sofa-bed for one person is located there. • One fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. • One fully equipped bathroom on the first floor and one on the second. The Lower house consists of one floor, it can host up to 4 people and includes the following: • One bedroom with one double bed. • One living room with a double sofa bed for two people. • One fully equipped kitchen. • One fully equipped bathroom. The washing machine, the iron and the iron board are located there. The vast outdoor space of the villa includes: • A patio. • An infinity pool with hydromassage. • A BBQ. • A traditional wood oven. • An exterior dining table. • A private parking area with 3 spots. The first spot is on the upper level of the villa, the second is outside the Upper House, and the third is outside the Lower House. Olive trees and various fragrant flowers decorate the outdoor spaces of the property. All spaces are private and excusively designed for a tranquil and unique meditating experience! Both houses have big balconies with amazing views of the Ionian sea and the neighboring islands (Ithaki, Kefalonia,Arkoudi). All bedrooms have balconies. All spaces are very commodious, airy and illuminated ! *The last 1klm of the road that leads to the Villa is unpaved , so please drive slowly and carefully!!! **The villa is a 8-minutes drive away from the villa of Kontaraina and a 12-minutes drive from the nearest beach! ***The villa is an eco-friendly, green villa, since it uses resourceful energy (solar energy/photovoltaic system)! For this reason, it is advisable that you do not overconsume the electricity, in order not to drain the PV system. Thank you! Guest access The visitors can access all spaces of the property. All spaces are private and are accessed only by the visitors. Other things to note -Smoking is forbidden in indoor spaces! Our property is equipped with smoke detectors for your safety. These detectors are highly sensitive and will be triggered by cigarette smoke, which could cause unnecessary alarms and discomfort for everyone. For this reason, smoking is only permitted in outdoor spaces! -The villa is an eco-friendly, green villa, since it uses resourceful energy (solar energy/photovoltaic system)! For this reason, it is advisable that you do not over consume the electricity, in order not to drain the PV system. -Please do not forget to turn off the OVEN/STOVE, the air conditioner, the lights, the TV, the fireplace and the jacuzzi when you do not use them/when you leave the house. -Please do not throw paper or other items in the toilet, since it will cause blockages and plumbing issues. -Hosting more people than have been reported is strictly forbidden since it violates the airbnb and property's rules!
