Grab coffee on the wraparound deck to watch the sunrise or relax under the stars in the hot tub. Nestled on 10 acres to a secluded inlet, It boasts green space, a vegetable garden, fire pit and waterfront for kayaking, SUP, or access the main river for boating. In winter, try skating, ice fishing. You have landed! 4th bedroom is detached from main house The space The cottage sits on a 10 acre lot, 6 of which is clear and 4 of which is wooded. All of it is at your disposal to explore and create your own adventure. Additonaly, the property sits on 600 feet of river frontage on the Richibucto River and is located away from heavy boating traffic which makes it perfect for a relaxing, zen-like private experience. There is a boat launch on the property where you can launch your boat and access the river so highly rated by local boaters (recommendation: max 15ft). The launch provides easy water acces for canoes, paddle boards or even throw rocks with your young kids. There are many areas on the property to enjoy; the wrap-around deck offers all-day sun or shade depending on your liking. There's plenty of trees for shade or there's plenty of clear land for sun-lovers and kids or dogs to run around. There are two large vegetable gardens that we maintain and that are at your disposal to explore. The peranial gardens are also lucious and a sanctuary for birds and bees. Let's not forget about the 1400 square feet cottage that has all the amenities. It has 4 bed rooms that contain one king bed, 2 queen beds and one bunk bed. There's a pull out couch that comfortably sleeps two and two single loungers that are equiped with linens in case there's some extra guests. It can easily sleep 12 guests. The house faces south with a 4 season sun room that gives guests all day natural light. Overall, the place feels like your grandparent's cottage with a modern feel. We, as owners, absolutely love this property and hope that you and your family/friends will enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. Other things to note There may be gardeners on site from time to time to tend to the property. The 4th bedroom bunkie is not connected to the main house with the washrooms.
