There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community. Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can take advantage of its short distance to explore nearby shopping and dining options, many nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment too! Including the famous parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and much more! This wonderful two-story townhouse combines stylish furnishing with modern architecture. This property is an ideal retreat for your family or group of friends. Comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Downstairs you will find the first bedroom (1) with a QueenSize bed, and the ground floor shared full bathroom. Continuing through, there is an elegant dining room that seats 6, a comfortable and cozy living room perfect for relaxing, and a stunning fully-equipped modern kitchen with an isle and pantry that is beautiful for entertaining. Nearing the back of the property, there is the patio with a private pool area. On the upper floor guests can find the remaining suite and bedrooms. Moving on to the bedrooms, the grand Master suite (2) is nearing the back of the property, lavishly furnished with a KingSize bed and TV, walk-in-closet, and breathtaking ensuite bathroom fit with double-sinks, full bathtub, and a glass-enclosed shower. The other two bedrooms are nearing the front of the house. The first bedroom (3) is Toy Story kids-themed which add a great details and exquisite feeling with two TwinSize Beds, and the last Bedroom (4) is an elegantly decorated Harry Potter Themes w/ QueenSize Bed, Closet and Great View. There are also a shared Full-bathroom w two sinks and granite counter top plus glass shower and toilet along the hallways of this floor, and a laundry area with Washer and Dryer. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns. We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays. Other things to note ✦ Additional Amenities: Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported. ✦ Age requirement: You must be 21 or older to book with us. At Wonder Vacation Homes, we’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs during your stay—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
