Accessibility - Kalkan is a hilly resort and the surrounding roads can be hilly in areas, however the immediate roads leading to the villa are not hilly. To access the villa there is a path which is 167cm wide alongside 16 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 155cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and tiled with a small grass area around one side of the pool. The patio is made from stone so mostly flat but it can be slightly uneven in places. The pool itself has step access. This villa is on three levels. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The first bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 68cm wide.
