There is a sofa bed that fits 2 in living room as well. Thus, it sleeps 11 or more comfortably. There are 2 full baths and spacious living area with designated workspace. Enjoy your gathering with friends and family in the spacious back porch. Fire-pit, Cowboy Pool and a grill make for a memorable night out of the city. There is ample parking space for a boat along with EV charging station on site. The property supports a variety of lakeside activities such as : boating, tubing, fishing, and jet-skiing Your perfect lakeside lifestyle of comfort, and adventure awaits in this home. A perfect spot for a romantic,family,friends getaway. Guest access The entire house is yours during your stay. Feel free to use anything you see to make yourself and your family feel right at home. The entire front yard is available for parking multiple vehicles including boats, trucks, and oversized construction vehicles. Your comfort and safety is our priority. Other things to note Please Note our Cowboy pool will remain close from November until mid March (winter closure). Please take proper precautions, as the base of the pool may be slippery. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries! Kindly, use the pool with caution. We kindly ask all guests to exercise caution when using the pool to avoid scratching or damaging the pool liner. Any visible damage to the pool liner, including cuts or scratches will result in a fine of $300. Please refer to the detailed pool rules in the house rule binder.
