Ask us about booking two townhomes at once! The space This is a brand new town home completed in late 2023. This coastal gem has an open floor plan and is a very bright and inviting space. There is a Smart TV in the living room and two of the bedrooms for you to login into your streaming apps. Retreat to the deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour. This home is great for a family vacation. BEACH: The beach access is located right across the street on West Palm Road, there is a public walk over. You can access by walking (2 minutes), biking, golf-cart, or your vehicle as you are allowed to drive on the beach. BIRD WATCHING: The bird watching at this property is amazing. You can see hundreds of species flock to the bay in the early morning and throughout the day on the bay. SUNSET: The sunsets behind the townhome over the bay. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck and watch the sun drift away. Guest access Guests will have the whole townhome to themselves. Other things to note - Hurricane Season Policy Hurricane season is June 1 to Nov 30. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you book during hurricane season. Travel insurance can protect you from financial loss due to natural disasters. While we strive to accommodate our guests and offer rescheduling options, we cannot guarantee a full refund due to a hurricane. - Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose. - There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided. -There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay -Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee. We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. The water quality is safe but we have provided water for drinking and cooking if desired. The water for drinking and cooking is located to the right of the kitchen sink faucet.
