The property is reserved for non-smokers (except in the garden) and is equipped with television. There is also a hairdryer, towels and bed linens for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome!   Guest access The property is located in a residential area of Rapallo, close to the public Park E.Casale where you can find minigolf, public library and a botanical garden. Close by, there is a small supermarket and a bar/tobacconist's. We kindly remind our guests that the apartment is located on the second floor and the building does have an elevator. It's anyway necessary to climb some steps. Other things to note - Check-in to arrange with the host from 3pm to 9pm. As an alternative, it is possible to also arrange a self check-in (always starting from 3pm). - Tourist city tax (2,50 euro per person per night) to pay by cash upon arrival. - In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, a surcharge of €30 is required for late check-in until 11 pm or €40 for arrivals after 11 pm (not mandatory if self check-in is arranged). - At the moment of the check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID or passport. - At the moment of the check in, the guest will sign a lease agreement according to Italian law.
