Nestled into a private parcel of land, Sunset Ridge Hideaway offers a quiet peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the luxury. There are many mountain attractions and activities conveniently nearby. Just 7 minutes from Banner Elk and at the base of Beech Mountain. The space This home is also convenient to Sugar Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Valle Crucis, Boone and Blowing Rock. Elk Park is also nearby with the famous Elk River Falls making for a great day trip. A wall of windows in the main floor living room lets in the natural light and seasonal views to be enjoyed from the high end furniture. A stacked stone gas fireplace and wall mounted TV complete the stunning space. Create fantastic cuisine in the massive well stocked gourmet kitchen and gather together in the dining space to enjoy together. The main level covered deck includes an outdoor living space with a gas log fireplace and outdoor dining table. Retreat to the lower level deck for a soak in the hot tub. The lower level family room boasts a comfortable sectional situated around the gas log fireplace and large mounted TV. The game area includes a foosball table and a convertible game table that can be a ping pong or pool table. The mini kitchen in the lower level has a wine chiller, sink and coffee maker. There is also a sweet reading nook in the lower level to tuck away and enjoy some down time with a favorite book. Sunset Ridge Hideaway boasts five bedrooms with a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there is a second master suite and guest bedroom both with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, and a bunk room with Jack-and-Jill bathroom access. Kids will be delighted to find the bunk room closet contains an arcade came with over 30 games. The lower level has a queen bedroom and full hallway bathroom. Each room is equipped with a TV all with paid live cable service and streaming. With so much to do and enjoy, a getaway at Sunset Ridge Hideaway is a treat for all ages. The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers premier community amenities and nature based activities appealing to all ages and interests. The rental rate includes an amenity fee that grants access to all guest available amenities. **Very important, any amenities such as the work out facility that is locked and requires a code is not accessible for guests. No code will be given from the owner to access those areas so please be aware of this and note during your stay in the community. You will be provided with a unique guest access code that will be good for the course of your stay. Codes are unique to each guest and will activate at check-in time on your day of arrival.
