Cā cĕlĕ viōlā can accommodate a maximum of six people and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with single beds, a mezzanine with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a service bathroom with washing machine, living room with sofa and dining table, kitchen with dishwasher. Don't miss the sea-side terrace, equipped with barbecue, dining table, sun loungers and living area. All rooms are air conditioned. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
