Sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Large modern bathroom with shower equipped with rain shower head. The apartment was renovated in 2024 and is therefore cared for down to every detail. Guest access Two possibilities: 1) CHECK-IN IN PRESENCE You will be welcomed directly by us (after indicating your arrival time), we will give you the keys to the external gate and the access codes for the entrance door. We will show you the main services of the house. 2) SELF CHECK-IN Complete independent check-in. We will send you the access codes for the entrance door via email/phone. The procedure is very simple and we will guide you step by step! Other things to note Remember that Rome is the largest city in Europe, yet there are only 3 subway lines: A,B,C. This is because the underground areas of Rome are full of archaeological finds dating back around 2000 years! You can imagine how difficult it is to excavate for new subway lines. When staying in Rome, the important thing is that the apartment is close to the subway, precisely because there are few stations. Even though our holiday home is not located in the very center, it is a 4-minute walk from the metro station and a 1-minute walk from the tram station. The apartment is just steps from the C metro line, a direct line to the Colosseum, without ever having to change trains. Furthermore, the "C" Colosseum station opened to the public a few months ago and is a veritable museum station, unique in the world! If you don't want to give up a new, modern, extremely clean house equipped with all comforts, then this is the right place! We do our utmost to make our guests feel at home and to make sure you don't miss anything! Helpful information: The house features one double bed and one sofa bed; when booking for just two people, only the double bed will be made up. If you're two people and need the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. For a small fee, we'll provide the sofa bed with sheets and blankets.
